Deliver your written notice in person to the Clerk-Treasurer or at the City of Aurora Administration Building, 235 Main Street, Aurora, IN 47001, or send it by registered, or certified mail to the City of Aurora Common  Council, care of Benny Turner, Clerk-Treasurer at that address.  Emailing or calling to request a form does not file  your notice or extend the deadline.  See page two of the form for filing requirements and rights.
