In an effort to spur development of the Riverfront District of downtown Aurora, 3-way liquor licenses have been made available for purchase for eligible properties that are part of the Riverfront Development District.
Expanded Riverfront Development Area
Resolution 2005-003 expands the size of the area designated as the City of Aurora Riverfront Development Area. Please note that the City of Aurora Riverfront Development Area with regards to the City of Aurora Riverfront Liquor License application requirements includes the entire Aurora Historic District.
