As City Manager for Aurora, IN, under the direction of the Mayor and City Council, Guinevere's priority focus will be the coordination of Code Enforcement, Comprehensive Plan, Blight Elimination Program, Parks & Recreation, Aurora Community Center, Utilities and Infrastructure, Aurora Sewer Main Project & Main Street Sidewalk Program, as well as, analysis & review of administrative policies/procedures, seeking alternative revenue resources and determine budget savings strategies.

Aurora is known for its beautiful river vistas, welcoming spirit, volunteerism and historic heritage. A safe, vibrant, prosperous and actively engaged community lends to quality of life recognized as a common goal for local residents, families, local business owners, community leaders, and within our schools.
